I liked that it’s very well kept, clean and has security 24 hours in an enclosed lot that only guests staying there can enter. The restaurant is conveniently close to the hotel just had to walk a little. I enjoyed food and drinks there and the service was great! I liked that they had a deal to buy breakfast for 120 pesos per day at the restaurant which was really a good deal (only $6.00 U.S. dollars). You can’t beat green chilaquiles, fresh fruit, coffee or juice for that price in the U.S.A. Loved the restaurant!

A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a shower with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels changed everyday. Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were amazing and efficient. The outdoor pool is heated and was wonderfully relaxing. Plenty of parking. Note that the entrance is on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not where google maps shows it to be.

Hotel Victoria is very private. They have a guards 24hr a day. It’s very clean and the staff is very nice. The bistro was delicious and delivers to the room. The pool is covered and it’s heated which my kids loved!

The food at the Bistro Garden was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Parking was safe and easy. Taxi into the old town was around $6.00 US.

Hot water from the shower just comes right out, which was very nice They lent us a couple of rackets and balls to play tennis and the hot tub was ok and working The restaurant, even though is outside the hotel, is very nice and tasty

I always stay there as it is a quiet, well kept, safe, secure parking with 24hr security guard. Great restaurant in the premises.

The Garden Bistro Restaurant is on the property in a separate building. The food is quite good and environment is very pleasant. The hotel itself is well maintained, the staff is friend;y and the room was comfortable.

Pool was heated and great. Close to shopping centre. Staff were very helpful even though most of them don't really speak English

The best hotel I have stayed in during my month long Moto trip through Mexico. Amazing design, service, gated entrance with 24 hour guard, spacious clean room, beautiful design.
